. . . of the day, week, month, summer. I've been trying to get my house organized now that I'm FINALLY out of grad school. I haven't done as much needlework as I would have liked this summer but I have attended a number of Ravelry and CGOA meetups. (I've gotten most of my needlework done there!)
For the past week I have concentrated on getting my loose patterns corralled in 3-ring binders in plastic pages. I bought a slew of 1.5" wide white binders from Wal-Mart and have labeled them accordingly: Amigurumi; Bags & Purses; Dishcloths; Hats; Scarves; Pets; Ponchos, Shawls & Wraps; Socks; Scrubbies & Tawashi; and Snowflakes. I can tell I'm probably going to have to get some 2" or even some 3" ones soon otherwise I'm going to have to split up some groups into 2 binders (namely my dishcloth patterns). The really scary part about all this is that I'm not anywhere near finished printing out all the patterns I've downloaded from the internet.
My pile of identified FOs (finished objects) to be photographed is growing slowly. I bought a gross of those little paper hangtags with cotton strings so I could properly credit the designers when I get around to blogging about them.
I uncovered my camera again this week but haven't been able to force myself to take any pictures yet. Arrgghh! I ran across some pictures I had taken of Pippin earlier this spring and lo, and behold, much of the stuff that was in the background still hasn't been touched since the picture was taken! Definitely not good!
